VENUE: Dhanvantri Hall
An adequate, competent and motivated health workforce can save lives and is an important building block for strengthening health system. Quality assurance in nursing is about ensuring adherence to quality standards as mandated by nursing regulatory bodies.
Many nurses are familiar with the words “quality assurance,” most are not directly involved in the process.
Because of increased requirements for license and accreditation, and an increased desire for cost-containment nurses are becoming an active participant in quality assurance programs. Hence institutions are making participation in quality assurance part of the “clinical ladder” process. Therefore, Nurses play a challenging role in every setting and demonstrate their commitment to continually improving their nursing practice by engaging in practice reflection and by setting and achieving learning goals.
“Quality Assurance in Nursing Practice: Global Health Forum” will enable the Nurses to reinforce their knowledge on quality standards of care and achieve the excellence in the service rendered to every client.
